Please note: Should you decide to complete an accredited First Aid course after completing this online course, the learning and theory you already completed will be recognised in the accredited unit, as long as the course is completed within a 6-month timeframe of completing this course.

Self-Paced - It is expected students may complete the course within 3-4 hours (depending on experience levels). This can be completed over a number of sessions. Your course progress will be saved.
Students are expected to complete all learning and assessment activities within six (6) months of enrolment. Failure to complete all requirements may result in your enrolment being disabled/cancelled.

If we receive your reschedule request 2 or more business days prior to a course, no fees will apply.
If you withdraw less than 2 days prior to your course, or fail to turn up on the day of your training, no refunds can be given.
All requested changes to a booking must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation request by a customer, a voucher will be issued to the value of the amount paid. This voucher can be used to book any future courses with us.
