Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We understand unforeseen circumstances may require bookings to be rescheduled. To reschedule an in-person or a virtual course, please email us at admin@etatraining.com.au or phone the office on 1300 858 095 during office hours.
If we receive your reschedule request two (2) or more business days before your original scheduled course, you will be offered a reschedule or issued a credit note. If there is a subsequent reschedule request meeting with the two (2) or more business days stipulation, a 50% administration fee will be charged.
If you request to reschedule less than two business days before your course, fail to turn up on the day of your course or are denied entry to your course for reasons such as being late, having incomplete per-course theory work, or arriving at the venue without the correct footwear - contact the office as soon as possible to discuss. Fees may apply.
Credit Vouchers may be used to re-book any future courses with us. These can be redeemed online only. Credit vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be made in writing to admin@etatraining.com.au and received three (3) or more business days before your scheduled course. Refund requests are assessed by our accounts department. They may request additional or supporting evidence to assess your request. If a refund is granted, monies will be refunded by the same means purchased. Refunds can take up to seven business days to be processed back to your payment method once approved. Partial refunds may be issued where the online theory work has already been accessed and either begun or completed.
No request for a reschedule, credit voucher or refund will be granted to any student or client who is abusive or aggressive towards any member of staff at ETA Training.
